 Book „Psychology of marketing“ was written with intention to on accessible but also scientific way gather all important questions wich bind these two disciplines. Directionality on consumer needs naturally binds marketing for psychology, sciense wich addresses psychical processes and behaviour. Familiarising with customer needs, detecting definitions of consumers decision making and behaviour and discovering difference among customers are some of main tasks of psychology of marketing, miscellaneous discipline which grew fast since mass non differentiated marketing was replaced with strategy focused on consumer. |
