Target is one of the leading market and public opinion research agencies in the Republic of Croatia, founded by experts in social sciences, methodology and marketing, in 1993. Nenad Karajić He is the Doctor of Science and an assistant professor at the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. He teaches “The Croatian Society” and “The Sociology of Education” courses. He has written several books and internationally referential scientific works in the field of sociology, social ecology, political science and marketing.
Goran Milas He is the Doctor of Psychology and a senior research fellow at the Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar. He teaches research methodology and marketing psychology at Croatian Studies and consumer behaviour at Zagreb School of Economics and management. He has written a number of books and internationally referential works in the field of psychology, sociology, methodology and marketing.
Ivan Rimac He is the Doctor of Psychology and a fellow researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar. He teaches statistics, measurement theory, multivarient methods and political psychology courses at Croatian Studies. He has written a number of books and internationally referential works in the field of psychology, sociology, methodology, political sciences, demography and marketing.
Collaborators In order to guarantee unhindered conduct of research, we have set up an interviewer network that covers entire Croatia. With twenty coordinators all over Croatia, we occasionally recruit more than 300 interviewers. Such organisation enables us to carry out even the most extensive research on the representative sample of Croatia in the shortest possible time. Interviewers and coordinators, who are mainly students or graduates of social sciences, receive thorough instructions and training prior to field work. These instructions and training are upgraded for each new project and adjusted to a specific research objective. Telephone surveys are conducted by interviewers who are well trained for this kind of communication. Psychology graduates, with the experience in working with groups are recruited for qualitative research, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews. Foreign research projects are conducted in cooperation with our partners, reliable and verified market and public opinion research agencies.
